Step 1: Preliminary Evaluation
Powered by Water Event Manager, this evaluation is used as a filter or preliminary evaluation of invoiced water mitigation costs based on predetermined threshold to determine if addition detailed evaluation with drying log information is necessary. This is an overview of the recommended cost and invoiced differential, and excludes the use of specific make and model of equipment, as well as drying log information.
Step 2: Detailed Evaluation
Powered by Water Event Manger, this evaluation is used as a detailed or definitive evaluation of the drying process and invoiced water mitigation cost, conducted based on predetermined size of cost differential from filter evaluation above. This provides detailed recommended and invoiced cost differentials.
Step 3: Agreed Cost Determination
LTS experts determine an agreed cost for a water mitigation project with a discussion between a contractor and an LTS Analyst. Generally, the agreed cost discussion is based on the evaluation results from the Detailed Evaluation or a Desktop Audit, although on occasion the evaluation results from Preliminary Evaluation information will be the basis for the discussion. Preliminary Evaluation results are used for the agreed cost discussion when drying logs are unavailable or incomplete. |
